Tag your friends who care for a little one and remind them that they are doing just fine 🙏🏾 • Maybe it’s my time as a nanny that has my heart tugging so strongly toward how this all is effecting parents, children and their households. • I know there are probably many many nanny’s who are working overtime now that kids aren’t in school and they don’t have much of a voice in the home of their employer. • I know there are many littles ones for whom school was a safe haven and an unexpected several weeks at home is wrecking havoc. • I also feel a bit of an exhale for those families for whom capitalism had been wrecking their everyday lives and now they have an unexpected few weeks to just exist with each other. • This thing has so many facets and I’m grateful to my community for showing up as just that: community 🙏🏾 • Take care of yourselves. For those who missed it I’ll be doing another story time live on my IG and FB at 3p.
